Our terms and conditions matter to you - and to us.

The price: To ensure that you know the exact price that you are paying for an item the "final amount payable" will always be shown at the check-out stage before you make your final commitment to pay. We are keen for our customers to know exactly what they are paying.

However, there are times when computers and humans make mistakes. If this happens and a customer buys an item on-line at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to return the amount paid in full and cancel the purchase if no alternative method can be agreed.

Please note: Diamonds and precious metals are traded internationally in U.S. Dollars and then converted into Pounds Sterling and are therefore subject to daily fluctuations. We aim to maintain stable prices but reserve the right to make corrections to our site prices at any time. Once an order is placed you will not be charged any extra regardless of fluctuations.

Special Orders: For transactions above £2,500 as well as any products that cannot be found on our website please give us a call on freephone 0800 988 7983 and we can discuss all your ideas. We offer a bespoke service for customers who require something that exactly matches their ideas. Once we had had this discussion, and come to an agreement on the ring to be produced, then you will be given the pricing and delivery time. If you are in agreement with pricing and delivery terms, you will be sent a special quote via email, which will need confirmation by return. You will then be sent an order confirmation.

Discount vouchers: Discount vouchers can't be used with already-discounted items or sample orders. If we discover that a voucher code is used for an item that is already discounted or on sale we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Exchanges: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you want to exchange one standard item for another. We will adjust the price difference to take account of the exchange and add the relevant P&P. Jewellery that has been made to a bespoke design or that is engraved can only be exchanged at our agreement, and will be subject to relevant charges. For refunds please see our refunds section.

Delivery: We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service to ensure that rings and jewellery sent by us are fully insured until delivered and signed for by our customers. After this it becomes the customer's responsibility to ensure that any returns are sent by a similar service that offers adequate insurance.

Insurance: It is your responsibility to insure your jewellery in case of loss or theft. We supply a FREE valuation certificate for the purposes of insurance. Please contact us on freephone 0800 988 7983.

Ownership: Even if you have received a ring or item of jewellery - but have not paid for it in full - it remains our property until we receive full payment. Any items sent on approval or as samples are our property, but should be treated as the customer's responsibility in terms of insurance. If not returned to us, the customer will be invoiced for the full amount and held liable for the full cost of the item. If it's believed that an item has been lost in the post then we will accept proof of posting via a Royal Mail receipt.

Ring re-sizing: To ensure that you purchase the right ring size you can request a FREE ring gauge to be sent to your home. However, if you still find that the ring requires to be resized once you have ordered and then received it there will be a charge. Please contact us for details of this charge and please note that we would not change a ring by half a size, as this is hardly noticeable. Before returning, please call us call us on freephone 0800 988 7983 to discuss pricing and return details. If you are in agreement with pricing and delivery terms, you will be sent a special quote via email, which will need confirmation by return. You will then be sent an order confirmation.

If a ring is altered by a third party we will not be liable for any reimbursement if you are still not satisfied with the item.

Samples/replicas: When we send you our replica ring there will be a pre-paid envelope included. We ask you to return the rings within a week of receiving them. If you would like to hold on to the replica for longer then please call us to rearrange. Sadly, some people do not honour this agreement so we want you to note that non-returners will be held responsible for the full value of the rings. If this remains unpaid we will pursue you for the money through court. We're sorry to sound so harsh, but we send our samples on trust and sometimes people do not return them.

Ring quality: The majority of rings are handcrafted so they may not always look exactly the same as the pictures on the website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product then please call our friendly team on freephone 0800 988 7983. We believe our products are of the highest quality and to underline this we offer a 12-month guarantee that covers any manufacturing defaults. This guarantee will be invalidated if you ask a third party to work on the item.

Hallmarks: All relevant jewellery is hallmarked by an independent British Assay Office and single stone diamond rings of 0.25 carat or more come with certification. We want you to be assured that all of our diamonds are ethically sourced.

Christmas purchases: Items bought as gifts during the period around Christmas are subject to an extended returns policy up until 20 January 2018. Normal exceptions to the returns policy apply.

Disclaimer: We will always ensure that all our products are delivered as specified/ordered with no unknown extras added to the cost. The total cost of the ring will always be clearly illustrated on the check out page before you make your payment. When you order through the site you are ordering the ring at that price. In the event human error or a software malfunction in the site\'s technicality, the prices shown do dot commit us to the supply sale. If a customer has placed an order on the site at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the amount(s) paid in total.
